International Observe the Moon Night 2021: online observation – 18 Oct. 2021
Next 16 Oct. 2021, the International Observe the Moon Night will be back. As always, the Virtual Telescope Project – official supporter/key partner of the event since 2019 – will offer you – on 18 Oct. – the unique opportunity to join the celebrations from the comfort of your home, enjoying the Moon above the legendary skyline of Rome.

Discovering the Moon and its immense value in human culture is always a thrilling adventure and the International Observe the Moon Night is a superb opportunity to do that. This is why we are particularly proud and excited to support this Nasa initiative.
To celebrate InOMN 2021, the Virtual Telescope Project will offer a live, online observing session to show you our wonderful satellite, with the bonus of the legendary skyline of Rome, with its stunning monuments.
We will enjoy the Moon hanging above the celebrated monuments of the Eternal City, with the live commentary of astrophysicist Gianluca Masi, PhD, founder of the Virtual Telescope Project.The beauty of our natural satellite will shine above the marvelous panorama of the Eternal City, assuring a unique experience.
The online, free session is scheduled for 18 Oct. 2021, starting at 17:30 UT.
