Grand Tour of the Solar System, all the planets at a glance – online observation (28 Dec. 2022)
At the end of the year, the sky offers us the opportunity to see all the planets of our Solar System at the very same time. Join us for a unique journey from the comfort of your home.
Seeing all the planets on the very same night, almost simultaneously, is a unique experience and this opportunity is out there right now. While the 2022 is going to end, all the planets of our Solar System will be visible together: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are of course easy to spot by naked eye, while Uranus and Neptune can be quickly added with a binocular.
The Virtual Telescope Project will show you live, online the entire planetary family above the legendary skyline of Rome, plus our Moon.
Our live Grand Tour of the Solar System will start on 28 Dec. 2022 at 16:00 UTC..
