Juice on its way to Jupiter: online observation – 13 Apr. 2023
Next 13 Apr. 2023, the European Space Agency will launch the Juice (Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer) spacecraft, going to greatly improve our knowledge of the Jupiter’s environment and its Ganymede, Callisto and Europa moons. We will show you the spacecraft a few hours after its launch, live, once on its space journey to the giant planet.

We will try to capture live images of the Juice spacecraft seven hours after its lauch. We will assume the trajectory data provided by ESA via the JPL’s Horizons / Solar System Dynamics services, properly imported in our robotic telescopes to track this extremely demanding target at our best.
As of now, assuming the nominal launch date and time, our live feed showing the Juice spacecraft in real-time on its way to Jupiter is scheduled for 13 Apr. 2023, starting at 19:00 UTC.
