Among the July’s Stars: online exploration of the Heaven – 20 July 2023
Join our online cosmic cruise and discover the night sky with us. Every month, we will explore the night sky, sharing the view of our powerful, robotic telescopes live.
What is up in the sky this July? Join us and discover it by yourself! The Virtual Telescope Project offers a unique, guided cosmic tour, showing you the most beautiful astronomical objects among the stars, month after month.
This July, we will sharpen our eyes to admire rich globular star clusters, bright stars and remote, wonderful galaxies, admiring their dying supernovae. On our way home, we will spy asteroids and comets in the Solar System.
Of course, we will visit supernova 2023ixf in Messier 101, to check how bright it will be.
The online, free session is scheduled for 20 July 2023, starting at 20:30 UT.
