See the Chandrayaan-3 space probe on its way to the Moon, live – 16 July 2023.
The Indian Chandrayaan-3 Moon-landing mission was just launched successfully and we will try to show it live once in space, a few hours later. Join us from the comfort of your home!
The Chandrayaan-3 mission puts together a lander and a rover and on Aug. the 23rd will land in thee South pole region of the Moon. The Virtual Telescope Project will try to locate the probe with its telescopes 15 hours its launch, relying on the advanced technology of its robotic systems. It will be an hard task, with the probe just 40000 km from the center of the Earth.
The live feed of our attempt to locate and track Chandrayaan-3 is scheduled for 16 July 2023, starting at 00.00 UTC. In case of bad weather, the vent will be rescheduled.
