The 25 Oct. 2022 partial solar eclipse: a report
We observed the 25 Oct. partial solar eclipse and shared the experience with the international community. Here we present a few images and a nice sequence.
25 Oct. 2022 Partial Solar Eclipse: maximum.
To image the eclipse, we used a Canon 5D mark IV DSLR coupled to a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens, working at 400mm. In front of the lens we placed a filter in astrosolar. The imaging gear is visible below.

The sky was far from being perfect. It was hazy all the time, sometimes with tick clouds cover the solar disk. We managed to adjust the exposure time as much as possible, to track those changes. Our instruments were installed on the roof of a building, sharing the view live with our international audience.

We were happy with the results and we could cover the entire event, collecting many good quality image. Below is a sequence done using some of them:
At the end, we captured this picture, with the lunar disk leaving the Sun in a sew of colorful clouds.
